The options in this category might be less but worry not, today we present our top 5 picks for the best quick reads!

1. Calvin

Author: Martine Leavitt

The book revolves around a guy called ‘Calvin’. He has always loved reading comic books and had a special attachment to a specific character from Bill Watterson’s Calvin and Hobbes. He believed that his life was somehow attached to that comic book.

He was born the day, the last strip of that comic book was published; his grandfather had left him a stuffed tiger called Hobbes; his best friend’s name was also Susie.

Moving to the present, Calvin is 17 now. He has forgotten about the strip until now. He has been diagnosed with schizophrenia. His stuffed tiger is back as a delusion that is beyond Calvin's control. Everything seems unreal and Calvin decides that making another comic strip would be the key. Would it though?

2. Ghost Forest
